New opportunity in the UK's largest asset class

Residential property is the largest asset class in the UK with a value estimated at around £7 trillion, making it bigger than the combined value of UK listed equities, listed corporate bonds and gilts. Allianz Global Investors says there is opportunity to invest in UK residential properties via long-term co-investment partnership with their tenants. Investors can gain stable long-term income and capital growth in a more socially responsible approach to property letting than traditional buy-to-rent, while also achieving greater diversification.
