What does the food and water crisis entail? The conflict in Ukraine has placed an extra strain on food production and supply and highlighted the vulnerability of many resources systems. Adding to the existing worries, in the spring and summer of 2022 many countries in Europe saw some of the most extreme droughts ever experienced. Across the whole system in food and water, it's estimated that around $30 trillion needs to be spent to make the system sustainable.
