Lower returns do not deter investors from ESG investments

The latest Confidence Barometer by Embark Group reveals many financial advisors think their clients would accept lower returns if their investment was sustainable, challenging the belief that the risk of lower returns is deterring clients from making ESG investments. The survey also highlights the importance of a financial adviser – investors with a financial adviser are more confident that their portfolios would be invested in line with their ESG values.
