Paraplanners believe they could add more value to firms

A survey conducted by Embark Group reveals the majority paraplanners are feeling positive about their position. The report states they feel both valued by their firms and confident about the future. However, many paraplanners believe they could add even more value to their firms, but cite workload, company structure, and lack of technology as barriers to doing so.
